2. Nature of the Products

All Products sold on EdgeKits.dev are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

3. Delivery

Upon successful payment, customers receive automated access to a private GitHub repository containing the purchased Product. Delivery is handled electronically via email invitation and is typically granted within minutes.

4. License & Usage

Purchasing a Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own projects. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Product or its source code is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on our behalf.

6. No Guarantees

The Products are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or performance outcomes from using the Products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeKits.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.
